Our company is able to offer a service of assistance and maintenance on lifts, hoists, lifting platforms and stair lifts of any brand.

A team of specialized technicians employed by Sidi Srl, continuously trained and updated on technical / regulatory innovations, carries out a rigorous maintenance program ensuring compliance with safety controls and reliability in the use of lifts. A 24h / 24H emergency service is guaranteed, 365 days a year.

SIDI srl fully adheres and undertakes to respect the Charter of Services prepared by ANACAM (National Association of Construction and Lift Maintenance Companies) where the quality standards of maintenance services and work offered for elevators, hoists, moving walkways and lifting platforms are reported.

The publication of the Service Charter constitutes a moral and material commitment towards SIDI users / customers.

In compliance with the laws and regulations that govern the maintenance service, SIDI srl undertakes to:

  1. guarantee to all users and to the goods transported the maximum safety by operating at best with adequately trained personnel and with suitable means;
  2. carry out maintenance operations in conditions of maximum safety for the user and for the personnel assigned to the service;
  3. intervene as a priority to calls from users with reduced mobility;
  4. implement and / or promote any useful initiative to improve plant safety;
  5. carry out maintenance with a periodicity determined according to the type of system and the specificity of the equipment that compose it. Each periodic visit established by contract must be documented;
  6. have insurance coverage for the risks associated with the activity with an insurance company, at least of national importance;
  7. have a 24-hour reception service for all days of the year including holidays;
  8. train, retrain their staff through specific courses;
  9. update customers on products and services that can improve the safety and use of the facilities;
  10. to provide customers with useful supports for the correct use of the systems and for their management, in compliance with the Laws, Regulations and Regulations.
